If you purchase an animal from ExoticAuction.com, and we deliver it to your ranch, the animal will be warrantied for one week from delivery. If you are picking the animal up at one of our facilities, to get a warranty, you must provide a video of unloading and a GPS location within 8 hours of pickup. Warranty will not be provided to any animal that has been resold to a third party. If the animal is found dead for any reason other than fighting, predators, or it was intentionally killed, you will receive a credit towards other purchases. If an undisclosed injury is noticed when we deliver, WLP, at our discretion will either keep the animal or extend the warranty to two weeks. Any consignor of animals through the WLP auction, will be required to offer the same warranty.
